Terms

Use كيف as a public archive, not a shortcut around rights.

These terms describe how to browse, cite, and return to كيف responsibly across archive routes, search paths, record pages, and correction trails.

Use model Public research, education, and discovery

Use of the public website

You may browse, search, map, trace time, and cite the public pages of كيف for research, education, and discovery. Automated or abusive access that disrupts the museum's public service is not permitted.

Archive content

كيف records can include archival metadata, images, descriptions, source notes, and reviewed relationships. Asset pages, identity pages, category pages, and collection paths do not all carry the same rights implications, and a public route does not automatically grant reuse rights to the underlying material.

Attribution and reuse

Before reusing content, read the record page for rights and source information. When citing كيف, include the record title, page URL, and access date where appropriate, and do not assume that a category or collection page carries the reuse status of every linked record beneath it.

Corrections and editorial review

كيف may revise public pages as new evidence appears, corrections arrive, or editorial review deepens what can be said responsibly.

Changes to the service

Routes, discovery tools, records, and policies may change as the public museum grows and its archive becomes more legible.

Treat descriptions, translations, and inferred relationships as editorial context that may sharpen, narrow, or change as review deepens.

Connections

Follow linked assets, identity pages, category pages, and collection paths without assuming every linked page shares the same rights status.
